Drop Off Your Bouquet

2. Ship a Parcel

We accept bouquets from anywhere in the US. Your flowers will need to be overnighted & we will send you detailed shipping recipient information.

If you’re in the Bay Area, you can use local courier services like ASAP Courier San Francisco or California Courier Services for overnight shipping, with costs ranging from $40 to $150.

For shipments from other parts of the USA, you can estimate the cost using UPS's shipping calculator. On average, a single bouquet weighs about 5 lbs.

Here's What You'll Need to Ship Your Bouquet:

1. One Carboard Box

Use a box slightly larger than your bouquet, and consider trimming the flower stems if needed.

2. Packing Material

We recommend crumpled newspaper, packing peanuts or wrapping paper. Please don’t use bubble wrap to package your flowers.

3. Mementos, Photos, Invitations, etc.

If you purchased the design add-on item.

4. Packing Tape

5. Paper Towel

6. Rubber Band

7. Plastic Bag

How to Pack Your Flowers:

1. Keep your bouquet in water until you get ready to ship

2. Take a wet paper towel or rag and wrap it around the stems, place the stems in a plastic bag to catch any water, and secure it all with a rubber band - this will keep your flowers hydrated during their journey.

3. Do not do anything to the heads - keep them open so they can breathe.

4. Make a nest for your flowers in the bottom of the box with your crumpled newspaper or paper towels.

5. Place your flowers in that nest. Fill the box to the top with the remainder of packing paper, making sure you fill the sides of the box with packing material as well to ensure the bouquet doesn’t bump around in the box, causing damage.

6. Please include a note for us in your package with the name your order was placed under.

7. Finally, close the box and seal it with your packing tape.

General Tips

  • Keep Your Bouquet Hydrated: Place your bouquet in fresh water as soon as possible after the event.
  • Store in a Cool Place: Keep your flowers in a cool, shaded area, away from direct sunlight and heat sources.
  • Avoid placing them near fruits, which release ethylene gas that can speed up the aging process of flowers.
  • Handle with Care: Be gentle when handling your bouquet to avoid bruising the petals or stems.
  • Ship Promptly: Send your bouquet as soon as possible to prevent wilting. If you’re shipping, make sure to provide us with tracking details so we can be ready to start the preservation process as soon as it arrives.

Shipping my flowers is so expensive, is there anything I can do?

We know that shipping your blooms can be expensive and a bit risky, but here are some tips to help:

1. Consider our full bouquet replication service! We can source the same flowers from our wholesaler and press them in-house.

2. Choosing a different carrier can affect costs—USPS is cheaper but has basic tracking, while UPS offers good tracking at a reasonable price.

3. For those on a budget, we offer smaller frames, which only need a single bloom and some leaves. These can be shipped in a small envelope, saving you a lot on shipping costs!
